Hello and welcome

I am a qualified NLP (neuro linguistic programming) practitioner, trainer and coach. NLP is a highly effective study of how the mind works, how we use language and how this effects our behaviours. It helps people to develop a successful mindset enabling you to achieve goals and overcome obstacles.

Your mind is powerful. It can make you lead a fulfilled and successful life. The unconscious mind always does things for positive reasons and doesn’t process in the negative. It has a set of values that are unique to you alone, values that can propel you forward or hold you back from achieving what you want. You are not born with unwanted habits, phobias or self esteem issues. You install these behaviours over time until they become habit forming rituals that you don’t want to follow anymore, like smoking or biting your nails. NLP removes the barriers that create these habits and behaviours. It is quick and efficient, producing long lasting change that transposes to other areas of your life.

Working with me will give you tools and strategies for success. We will work together on a 1:1 basis at a pace that you decide, to help you remove the issues that limit or hold you back. I passionately believe that with the right know how and support you can reach your goals whether they be personal or professional.

The choices we make are what build us into the people we are. The thing is that sometimes those choices although made with the best of intentions, lead us in a direction that we never initially planned to go. This could mean that you may never reach your intended destination or may take the roughest road to get there damaging your health, self worth and confidence along the way.
